I have an infamous Charger RT being lowered, and the rear is known for being hard to “square up”. I went in, and strictly asked them to only align the front. And they ended up touching the rear anyways, which cost me more, and long story short, a lot more in the end. I personally spent a whole day moving the car, taking rear tires off, to manually align the rear myself, to prevent tire wear issues. Well that threw all my money out the window, as them messing the rear, it caused my expensive tires to wear down very quickly, and wheel chirp around corners. So I brought it to Berrys attention, and he said if you get it squared up, I want to see it and he will refund me then. Been Coming here for 7 plus years and don’t regret a moment. These guys are great. Good old fashioned service. You don’t find service like this anymore in this time and age. Highly recommend them. Went in for 2 new tires, paid for the 2 tires & when I got home I noticed 4 new tires! They didn't say anything about it to me so I'm here saying something about it... Thank you T&W you guys are the best I appreciate you!!!

These guys were GREAT! We had been towed off of the interstate the night before. The tow company brought us to a different tire store. The next morning when we called that shop, they told us that they couldn't put a new front tire on our pickup! We had to have it towed to different tire shop... T&W did the job promptly and very reasonably. We were on the road before 8:30am! We would HIGHLY recommend this tire shop.
