1st time I’ve ever got an oil change without trying to be upsold additional services! These guys got me in and out in record time. And every time I’ve come it’s been great service.

This place is a joke.... I have never in my life had a shop tell me they didn't feel like messing with my vehicle to repair it... I guess they just don't have any machanics capable of fixing a tie rod or anything else. I used to use this shop whenever it was charmichaels and for 10 years that's who I trusted my vehicles to but I will never again bother them with anything else since they can't be bothered with work

T3 Automotive is top notch and has quick high-quality service. Also, their customer care was outstanding. I highly recommend T3 Automotive and will definitely be returning in the future!

We got a flat driving back to Kentucky. I called and they got us right in despite a full garage. We had a fixed wheel and were back on the road in less than 30 minute. Everyone we interacted with were both kind and concerned for us. Great group, great experience! So thankful for their quick service they provided us!

Thursday in the rain my drivers side window stopped going up abruptly midway up stopped by a different local shop who told me they didn’t have time to help me at the very least simply get the window back up that the entire door panel would need to be removed and they didn’t have the time. I desperately swung by here and within 5 minutes my window was up. Never have been treated so kindly and genuinely in my life at an Auto Repair shop. They will forever have all of my business along with my family members as well. Thank y’all so much and see you Tuesday to get the problem officially fixed.
