⚠️ Be careful! Today I faced an attempt to overcharge me. I picked an item from the shelf, carefully checked the price tags, but at the register my bill was $30 higher. The cashier explained it as a “price increase.” That is not my problem – the shelf price must match what I pay! The manager did not help and sided with the employee. This behavior is a clear violation of the law and cheating customers. Over the past 3 years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here, and it is extremely disappointing to be treated this way. If employees are lazy and don’t do their job properly, customers should not have to pay for it. 👉 Always double-check your receipts at this location – you risk being overcharged

Came in to get my tires checked and to get them all set to proper air pressure. 4 people working but only 1 person doing work. She said it will take them an hour just to do that. If you hear by just go to the loves truck shop 2 more exits heading east. Dang shame

I'd have to agree with some of this. Went in after seeing no one in the oil change bays and two techs sitting in chairs talking. All 3 bays empty. Go in pleasant, nice. How long for just an hour change, oh about an hour. Thinking, why, it's 930am and no one in the bays for oil drop. OK, I will continue down the road.

Dumb and lazy people! Called them this morning for road service, gave them all the info, needed approval, and they called me back 2 times to ask for the same info again. In the end, their mechanic just passed us, didn’t even stop, and they called back asking us to call the towing company to tow the truck 100 yards farther because “they can’t assist us at the side of the road” and we were at the shoulder of the exit ramp for the rest area! What kind of BS is that?! You should ask yourself why you're poor. It’s not about the Government. It’s about you being dumb and lazy. That’s all! TRUCKERS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They don’t deserve your money!

I'm from Mobile and I've been in here for as long as I can remember. Now that I drive a truck, I've been in here more. Great people that work inside and in the shop.
