Good Service Overall ultimate pm & annual inspection. They found a crack in my oil pan and they so happened to have the part available on site. Thank You

I went to them this morning7:30 to get new tires for my truck. After that, they started the job of fitting tires on my truck for 10 :15amof us, that too despite my repeated requests for bad service.

I called this shop to do an alignment. They told me they do alignments but there was a 4–5 hour wait and that they would call me when it was my turn. I agreed and waited. Because of this, I had to refuse a very good load - my broker was calling and really wanted me to take it, but I stayed waiting for the shop. After 5 hours, they finally called me and said they cannot do the alignment because their mechanic (or the person who does alignments) is not answering the phone. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. As a truck driver, time is money. If they were not sure they could do the job, they should not have told me to wait.

I had my truck supervisor call ahead to ensure parts were available and a service could be finished out on schedule for when we take our truck by. He took the truck to TA around lunch on December the first. The service tech pulled the truck in and a while later came to tell my driver that he doesn’t know how to service the truck or take the oil filter off. As he was pulling back into our sho about 45 minutes away from TA the office girl call him and told him he had to come back and get his oil cap because the tech did not put it back on. After some discussion with the coowner the manager brought the oil cap to us and told us they were not cleaning the truck to just take it to the truck wash. He said it was only one quart low. Then he proceeded to tell me and my driver that we were on there

Got right to me, diagnosed and explained my issues. Unfortunately they do not have the capabilities to resolve them. Totally understandable. Whats not understandable was the driver before me using inappropriate language to the young lady behind the counter. Absolutely a disgrace to the human race. Fortunately he parked just down from me.
