Tackett Auto Detailing

I’ve had 2 cars detailed in the past from them. An interior only detail and a full exterior, interior, and engine bay detail. They cleaned the inside fairly well both times. The outside was a mess, did not finish wax, nor buffed it out enough. Did not do much in engine bay considering I payed an extra $10 for the service, and didn’t even touch the trunk of my car. They never vacuumed the trunk of my car, didn’t even open it because they “couldn’t figure it out”. He needs to train his employees better because they are terrible. He himself does well, but his workers do the complete opposite. Would not recommend unless he does it for you. He offered $30 in compensation or a re-do on the bad parts that were not finished. Got me in quick for an Emergency Detail when I had a dog mess in the car on a road trip! Extremely professional! I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and that is exactly what you get here, quality work at a well valued price!

Absolutely disgusting, dropped my car off. The blonde kid, think his name was Heath had a little mustache. So rude. My car was messy so I’ll give them a little room for time, but 2.5 weeks?!?! What the absolute heck. I had a dent in my fender but when I got it back there were 6 new scratches. Don’t know what they were trying to accomplish, my seat had a new rip In it, and I’m guessing if they even took my seats out, they didn’t tighten the bolts good enough because once I had arrived home my seat literally bent backwards. This is outrages. 6 NEW SCRATCHES. I’m disgusted about this service. Be careful what you ask for from this place.

Was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, competitively priced, and did an amazing job on the interior of my car and went above and beyond. Beyond happy with this experience and will definitely have my business
