Tacoma Subaru Service Department

Really appreciated the shuttle taking me to a restaurant to eat breakfast while I waited for my car to get done. The video was fantastic. I also really appreciate not being charged to use my credit card. It just seems a bit insulting when other companies charge you a fee on top of a large feel that you already have. I am one of these people who saves a lot of money and I could afford to do it by cash. However there are some people that have no choice but to use their credit card and to charge a fee on top of that just seems kind of heartless. So I'm very appreciative that not just for myself but for those who can't afford large sums that you are not charging a credit card fee. To me that says a lot about your service. I usually give 5 stars my past visits but this one I was disappointed. On the inspection video I watch technician said coolant low n will top off. I guess they for got to do it cause it's still on the low line when hot n when my car fully cooled down it was empty. Another thing when changing oil filter they didn't clean the excess oil around the oil filter now I have to go n buy coolant n do it my self n I cleaned the oil around the oil filter. I would have gone back n top off the coolant but I don't live close by n I had appointments all day n gas is not cheap. I had complete confidence in the past n now I'm second guessing on the service for my car.

Jenna was extremely helpful from the first call into Tacoma Subaru. She understood my concerns and assured me the technician would provide feedback quickly. I was fortunate to get an early appointment and was provided a loaner which was also appreciated! My concerns were all for not. Which was a relief. We have always had great service at Tacoma Subaru. We choose Tacoma over the dealership closer to where we live due to their continued great service of our Outback. Recently, Patrick was very helpful with a warranty-related service item. We really appreciate the video walkthrough the technician provided explaining the issue and the solution. Overall, good, transparent and reasonably priced service.
