Great job! Austin was great came and picked it up at my shop, and managed to get it where I wanted it, even though I didn’t think there was enough room! Highly recommend! Will definitely use for future towing needs!

My car broke down in Cleveland, TN. Called a towing company before Tactical Towing, I was going to get overcharged & wait for another 45 minutes. Saw Tactical Towing & I called, had great customer service & it only took 6 minutes for them to come out to me & take my car home in Chattanooga for way cheaper! Austin came out and took care of everything with great service & courtesy! Appreciate your service boss man!

I was stuck on the side of the ridgecut with a flat as I jacked up my car it fell off the jack. Well it just so happens that one of these drivers passed by at that moment and offered to help me put my spare on free of charge. Driver was extremely professional during the whole process at well. Iwill personally be doing business with this company for years to come. They offer LOTS of helpful services. Driver gave me a business card but did not put his name or I would personally thank him on here. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
