Paid $24 for the plus 5 package and it looks like a bunch of 2 year olds washed my truck. Employees comment was “yeah half of equipment is broke”. Would have been nice to know before wasting my money!
I went to get a wash. Scrubbed off bugs. Only had city dirt a week. No mud. The wash was 2200. Car was not completely cleaned. Not even the tire shine that you pay for was present. Wheels were dirty along with bottom around doors and the entire back. The soap did not rinse well and the manager Caleb did not care. When I said I would report this to higher up's all he knew how to say was "Good Luck with that". Wha the heck. This is a business in Bridgecity. I've never been treated with such disrespect. And to act as though you are untouchable is poor manners. So I'm in the process of taking it as far as I can. Someone in Bridgecity cares about the people who represent. This place should be investigated across the board. You can't hardly reach upper management and I'm waiting to see if the ca
Needed a good clean for my car before I leave for vacation, so I went to Take 5. Upon my arrival, I was quickly greeted by a very attentive and friendly employee named Brad. He talked me through the different washes and helped me reach one that satisfied me. Highly recommend!
I want to take a moment to recognize Darin at the car wash for providing truly outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and completely on top of everything. He greeted me with a great attitude, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got exactly the service I needed.
This was such a great and fun car wash!! The people are so awesome, CJ made the process fun and enjoyable. My car was/is squeaky clean and I am so happy!! 😁
