Take 5 Car Wash

Was at the beltline location on the 31st becuz they were the only car wash open when temps were below freezing. Upon entering the car wash the first brush that hit my car ripped my valve stem off my tire and the tire completely deflated before getting to the end of the wash. I submitted a claim for the new tire and roadside rescue and to my had the audacity to DENY the claim stating it’s not their fault. My car was perfectly fine when I pulled up. Afterwards one of the employees started “it was too cold to operate the car wash” and closed the wash and begin turning customers away. So how isn’t it their fault? I’ll be cancelling my membership immediately and tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. I hate companies that try to get over on customers. You never win when you play dirty.

I had such a great experience today thanx to the friendly kind n assertive service I received at this location. It makes the experience go nice and smooth when u have employees such as Marissa and Kedrick who made sure I was satisfied with services provided. Fun and professional I jus want to give a big thank u to these two who did such a great job and will definitely have me coming back again!

Miss P was amazing!!!! I just happened to go to this place randomly, she greeted me with a huge smile. I went for a single wash but because of her customer service I ended up signing up for the membership!!!!! She Deserves a promotion and a raise!

Everytime I stop by the DeSoto car wash here recently I've gotten great experience I love to see Mrs p Mike and Marissa out there really working as a team. But what bothers me is that from time to time I see them getting cussed at and I sit and wonder sometimes how they deal with it. Well hats off to Mrs p again I can tell by her string leadership we have a good and trustworthy team now . And for that reason I'll continue to come .
