Take 5 Car Wash

Every time I get my car washed here I am impressed with the customer service. I’ve had a couple chats with the workers and they’ve been friendly, kind, and helpful. Today was no exception. I pulled in to get my car wash, rolled down my window to pay, and found that it wouldn’t roll back up. One of the workers, Darren, came to my rescue by taking off my door panel and helping me roll the window back up. I didn’t get a car wash today because I was short on time after all that commotion but I’ve been here many times and always appreciate the friendly faces. Plus, their vacuums are strong and my car always looks clean & shiny after the wash. What more could I ask for? Thanks for having great people, Take 5. I’ll keep coming back.

The car wash was average, as to say the car got soap on it and was scrubbed. Wheels were not cleaned at all. Vacuums were not very strong. AND, a part on the front fender was knocked off back inside the wheel weld!!! Never going there again.

They double charged my CC and corporate office won't return my calls. Mgr is never at work to fix it. The tunnel gets the top of ghe car clean but leaves soap. Does not rinse well. Wheels and bottom edges do not get clean at all. I like the station with plenty of towels, general cleaner and glass cleaner. Especially since you have a lot of manual cleaning to do after this tunnel. Vacuums work well but the handle is so long its hard to get into the tight spots.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at The Take 5 Car Wash today. Lucas went above and beyond with his customer service—he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the customers. The wash left my car spotless, and with Lucas’s great attitude, the whole experience was a breeze. Highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Lucas when you go!

Dallas was great! He made sure to help me get the best deal after listening to what I needed done. I wish they had stronger vacuums. But I will definitely be back.
