Take 5 Car Wash

Visited for the first and last time. $22 is a steep price for a car wash- especially when car was left filthy! Visible streaks, water spots, soap streaming down, bird 💩 in the grill, dirt on the back windshield. Lastly, tint is now ruined on driver's side window due to scratches. I would have given a 0 star review if able.

BEST CAR WASH EVER. The employees are so nice and caring and my car always look so good afterwards! Good pricing too. Go here if you want a clean car. Here’s a photo of my backseat it hasn’t been this clean since i bought it. It looks brand new

Not the greatest wash for $22 .. bird poop didn't get removed. The wash barely touched the windshield. Brought it up to attendant who asked how long the poop had been there. Really?? Other car washes we've never had an issue. Attendant Wipes off the poop as you can see, some poop still on the windshield. Not impressed and won't be returning for a $22 one time wash. Too many other places offer better washes.

Absolutely horrible, the only reason they get one star is because there's not an option for zero Stars. One of their employees stole my credit card numbers so I had to cancel it, now I'm getting double charged for my membership. Ask the store manager for the district manager's number and she stated that they could not give that out. Called the non-existent customer service and was told that they were going to escalate this and that somebody would get in touch with me and here it is 3 weeks later and I've heard nothing. The wash usually has something broke light clogged sprayers that don't work or multiple other malfunctions.

I was a monthly member at this car wash. However, on April 8th I used this car wash and it malfunctioned. My car was drug down the tunnel on the passenger rear side and the fender was damaged. The attendants admitted the malfunction, saw the damage, and I completed their forms. It was "submitted to corporate" and 10 days later I received an email response saying "your claim has been closed because it has been determined that your claim is prior damage." I have attempted communication with them 4 times in the past month and no one will respond. The attendants on staff that day, witnessed it and admitted it to me and my passenger, yet no one will have a conversation about the damage their machines caused.
