Take 5 Car Wash

This car wash is trash. I have a membership and it includes wax and tire dressing. I never get it. I let the guy know with the locs who I believe is the manager. I asked his name and I believe I was told Don. He said I should have received it. I went through the car wash twice and still nothing. There were 2 other customers who complained at the same time and he is still pretending the car wash is working properly. Anyone that says this is a good car wash and they are receiving good customer service has to be a friend of the manager because it isn’t true. I am sure he’s aware that no one is receiving tire dressing or wax. I’m tired of telling these people the same thing. Look at my tire nothing is on the tire. Right side slams into my truck, first cycle barley wet or soaped my truck so you know its scratching my truck even more. The first thing that cleans the hood jumps up so fast and hight it misses my entire hood all together! I pay monthly but may have to kick rocks. I hit pelican the other day amd there wash was wayyyyyy better!

Just left this trash dump of a car wash. Worst car wash I have ever wasted money on. Run don’t walk away from this place. When I brought it to someone attention and just said I wanted my money back being that it appeared my car hadn’t been touched, the response I got was are you a member? When I said no, they said well if you were a member you could go through as many times as you want. What kind of response is that. Never ever again. The towels are the dirt that I wiped off the truck AFTER paying $21 for a wash.

Jon the manager is the man and supper nice. Man I got his car wash and the other take 5 car wash mixed up in times. I got there late and they was closing and he still took me instead of making me go to the other one that was way out the way. That dude is the man, He got so much respect from me in my book for that. He didn't had to do that but the kindness of his heart, he let me through anyways to wash my car. I hope the owner sees this and knows he has a good manager working there. This location gained a new customer now. If you in this area, show love to this take 5 car wash.

Take 5 carwash was exceptional, especially with the help from Marvin I was confused about a single wash he broke it down for me got my baby looking brand new… they even got towels and spray cleaner to make sure the car is extra clean this location in marrero is the best … great Car wash 🧼 💦
