I want to recognize one of your outstanding employees, LaTrell for providing exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cheerful. They were very knowledgeable about the different wash options and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me choose the best service for my vehicle.

This car wash is terrible! No matter what services you use whether it is the washing services or the vacuuming services. None of them are up to par and are constantly Broken. There are constantly teenagers in and out of the establishment employee or not constantly visiting with each other. With no supervising whatsoever when my boyfriend went to cancel my membership they then told me that they cannot locate my account and then proceeded to try to cancel said account where they did not succeed, and I have continuously been charged after that. When getting on the phone with customer service they tell that all they can offer is a refund request, which is just that, a request (not guaranteed) and can give no estimated time on when they might get back to you or issue your refund. Tyrone was careless pulling me into the bay area to have my car washed. He was too busy on his phone and ear buds to focus on his job. He sprayed the front of my car ive got missing paint now. I won't be back. Membership canceled immediately today. Then he comes around asking can I please give him 5 stars and he will give me free air freshiea. I laughed.

Not the worst car wash but … not the best … soap still in the bed but let’s be honest at least there was soap this time lol I hate to complain but I feel like they all need some maintenance done

very nice place! the guys there helped me choose which car wash to get. free vacuum and they scrub the front of your vehicle as a courtesy. will be back next week :)
