Take 5 Oil Change

I recently got an oil change and they told me they were also going to top off my fluid/coolant, a few days later my heat was not working, I decided to get some coolant/anti freeze to put in my vehicle, to my surprise when I opened my hood, the coolant reservoir was left open and coolant spilled all over, I was also hearing a rattling and found that it was the cap from reservoir. They didn’t do their safety check effectively and tries to sell you everything else you didn’t go there for instead of doing their job at hand correctly.

I absolutely adore these guys and girls! They are always courteous and friendly. They inform you about the wear and tear of the filters, but they never pressure you into upsells or anything you don’t need yet. Society often gives young people a hard time, but this crew is truly amazing! You won’t be disappointed!

All the guys who helped me were super polite and helpful and speedy! They did an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. All done in a timely matter. Of course I wish the oil prices were a bit more affordable as they were a couple years ago. We normally just change our own oil but I appreciate the men working here!

Got my oil changed on 10/5/25 for my daughter’s 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Drive it back home and pulled into driveway and noticed my transmission slipping. Pull into my garage pull transmission stick and no transmission fluid on measuring stick. Who ever changed my oil drained the incorrect fluid. I put in 3 quarts of transmission fluid and resolved the issue. I will be filing a lawsuit against this location for service repair negligence. Buyer be ware.
