Take 5 Oil Change

Long wait. Very lethargic crew members. Cell phones was important to one crew member. My receipt handed tome without a thank you or even a word. I assure you some of these were not done no windshield cleaned for sure.

I only saw two guys working, so had to wait for them to finish the two cars ahead of me. Once they got to me, they were friendly and did a great job. I normally change my air filter myself but since it was reasonably price I went ahead and let them change it. I would recommend getting more than two people working a shift. Overall, a good experience and I will be back .

They are so kind here. I was surprised. You don’t really get asked if you’d like a bottle of water for your wait at these types of places, which wasn’t a long wait AT ALL. They had all three bays occupied and I was only sitting for MAYBE 15 minutes before I was politely asked to roll forward. That’s great!! They maintained professionalism, they all had very good manners. I understood everything they were saying. They were very sincere when helping me. They gave direction properly, had no accident or made any mistakes. This place is fire. I’m going back! Thanks guys!

I had six cars in front of me, so it took some time. Overall I'm very happy with my service. Great crew, friendly and attentive. This is my go to place and I will tell all my friends.

Went to Take 5 on a Friday, after a very long work week. As soon as I pulled up, I was welcomed with a big smile and a cold bottle of water. The 2 young men that were working ( Bryant and Kaleb) were very polite, professional, and they got me in and out in no time. I highly recommend the Jackson St location! Thanks you guys!!
