Take 5 Oil Change

Livid is an understatement to how upset and genuinely frustrated I am. I showed up to this establishment at 4:40pm. I go to take 5 often for their weight times, however I’ve never been to this one. I showed up expecting 5-10 minutes for me to be in and out instead I sat there for 40-50 minutes !!! For a basic oil change. Not only was I LATE to pick up my nephew from school so he was the ONLY CHILD left, but I was LATE turning in my rental which now has ADDITIONAL late fees added. This is absolutely unacceptable considering the urgency I’m use to when it comes to this company. However today, they lost a reoccurring customer, and the nonchalant and inconsiderate attitude of all the staff as if TIME does not matter is unacceptable on all levels. Honestly am blown away at how my visit was handled not just by the staff but the shop manager as well. They broke my dip and in the end try to say I came in with it broke. They could fish out the broken piece and nothing was offered as compensation, IN FACT to try and cover themselves they wrote on my receive that a customer had a broken dipstick upon arrival, which is bullshit. They wouldn’t even tell me it was broken till the end of the service. Not only will I never use a Take 5 again I place to use every platform to show cases their terrible customer service skills and lack of professionalism. don’t worry I have pics too!

Oil change experience was rough. Took about 90 minutes for an oil change, and the car leaked oil afterwards. Returned the next day, store manager attempted to adjust the oil filter to address the leak, but problem wasn’t resolved. Returned later that same day, and the oil filter was replaced to solve for the leak, but my car’s engine coolant hose was damaged in the process. The store did ultimately make the situation right, but all told I spent over six hours here for an oil change. The manager of this store tried hard to solve the issue, but I didn’t get fast or efficient service.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great place for an oil change - IF YOU HAVE THE TIME. They have advertisement on the premises that states they are the 'fastest oil change in the world'. I attempted to go there a few weeks ago, but after waiting about ten minutes, and no vehicles had moved in or out of any of the three open service bays, I decided I would come back. I went back Saturday, 12/20/25 and there were, again, three bays open. I was greeted kindly and immediately just as I was in my previous visit, by a friendly employee advising me there would be a short wait and to which bay's line to get into. This was 12:48pm. The 5 minute oil change was not valid for any of the 3 vehicles that were being serviced when I arrived as the first did not exit their service area until 27 minutes

Our service was excellent! As we arrived and were waiting in line.. we were presented with 2 bottles of cold water. When it was our time to pull into the bay we asked about the services and we were given help in choosing what was best for us! The options were clearly posted. Because I had called before i went A 25 dollar coupon was sent to my phone. As we are older and on a fixed income this was greatly appreciated
