Take 5 Oil Change

These guys are awesome. I have an 2014 F-150 with 140 k on it. Didn't really know wether I needed an oil change or not. But, it had been three or four months and I'd just driven from PA to CO and was headed back. So, I thought better safe than sorry. Anyway, they said your oil looks brand new. They topped it off a little and said you're good to go. Wouldn't take anything for it, not even a tip. The young man, I think his name was Kaleb (not sure though) could see my gratitude and surprise, he said pass it on. Thanks again guys!!! It's just so refreshing to see honesty and kindness out there.

OMG they were awesome every last one of them everyone that approached me everyone that worked on my car they were just so polite so nice even gave me a little education on my car. I just I love that place. I will be going there from now on. I got my coolant exchange done there and filter changed. The price was reasonable, but the filter was a little pricey in my opinion. But I still love the place.

Service was absolutely fantastic! From the minute we arrived we were greeted and offered water by Johnnie our service writer. From there he clearly explained the entire process and available products for my vehicle. Communication between employees was a great thing to hear while they were working checking each other and making sure that everything was taken care of! Micheal, Patrick, and Kaleab worked together and were able to get everything taken care of within minutes. We also were greeted by the manager Randy. It was great to see a manager out with his staff and being involved, especially checking on the clients. This was our first time at Take 5 and will definitely be returning especially to this location for the phenomenal and fast service!!

The staff were friendly, funny, and very thorough. I didn't know what to expect from an outfit such as this one, and what caught my attention and drew me to have my vehicle serviced were the reviews. They were impressive, but the staff was great and nothing felt pushy. I'll be back for more services.
