Take 5 Oil Change

It was mu first time getting an oil change at take 5. I liked how I got to stay in the car and the manager,Tony, came out to introduce himself. He was very nice and so were the technicians. I did not like how I had to purchase the $124 dollar package..(they said that my car needed the special oil or something) and the air filter. And even with a 50% off coupon, it only took $25 off and I still somehow ended up paying $150. Other than the price, it was a decent experience.

My first time having an oil change at Take 5, I was greeted with a really friendly smile and a bottle of water. That was Jeremy. His coworker Joe, was equally as friendly. Both were very fast and competent while doing a great job. All vital fluids, tires, and filters were checked and serviced as needed. I really appreciate these two men, their cheerfulness, and abilities, and will definitely return. Thank you

After a completely insane day we stopped to get our oil change because it was so past due. When i tell you the experience changed our whole mood! Tony and Kate were so cool and friendly they brightened our mood! They new exactly what they were talking about and gave us great oil and great service we have not had in awhile at a car shop . Highly recommend if your driving by to stop and see for your self

First time getting my oil changed at Take 5 and it was a great experience! No lines, no waiting at all. I was greeted right away by a friendly guy with a smile who even offered me a bottle of water — such a nice touch. Jeremy P and Joseph B were both very nice and super informative, and I really appreciated that they didn’t try to push any unnecessary “extras.” I was in and out in literally 15 minutes. Quick, easy, and great customer service. Great addition to the Batavia area.

I have been a mechanic for over 50 years. At age 82 I no longer do oil changes in m y driveway in the winter My first visit to take5 was yesterday. I found them to be meticulous in their oil change work. Very thorough, double checking everything that they do and advising the customer of any concerns, but there is no pressure to purchase anything. I recommend highly Tony and his staff at Take 5 oil change.
