I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience here, with my most recent being yesterday 😁. Prior to getting service here, I was very hesitant about it being a "Take 5" as I've heard countless negative comments about this chain over the years, even personally witnessing the results of a close family member's decision to bring her car to another TAKE 5 location in NOLA. However after being referred by 2 DIFFERENT AAA employees as well as an employee at a local Firestone here in NOLA, I decided to give them a try. I've been patronizing this particular location for about 5 years now and am extremely pleased. I just wish customers were still allowed to tip the staff. Those young men are very polite and professional!
I was there to Have them check an oil leak. It was actually due to my last oil change when my plug was not put back in properly which shouldn’t have happened. But they fixed it, cleaned it up and topped off my oil. so I was satisfied with that. The service is usually excellent
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Belle Chasse, thanks to Hudson. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Service was fast and efficient. Employees like him make a big difference.
It was a bit of a wait. BUT the attendants acknowledged me right away, provided water. I didn’t remember how to set my oil gage, he did that. Didn’t recommend anything I didn’t need. I pass 3 or 4 other locations but I choose the Belle Chasse location, always really nice
Team members very professional and polite.Service was very good. Only one problem, the wait was too long.But I will back!!
