Take 5 Oil Change

Great service from the guys at Take 5 Trussville! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly while providing the fastest and cheapest oil change I’ve ever had. The customer service was noticeably different than other local car service places, they were helpful without being overly pushy or forceful with additional services they offer. The crew onsite went above and beyond to be sure I left with every I needed, when the bill was presented I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of my service and the vast difference in price compared to other local garages. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them from now on!

Great place , guys are super friendly and fast. Very convenient and they offer coupons for oil change on their website! They also checked my air filter and changed it for me bc something had been chewing on my old one! Super helpful and knowledgeable

I was impressed with the level of communication the staff has with each other. One person stood by me and spoke to me, while 2-3 other employees checked my car and performed services. The whole time the employee was talking to me, he was also giving parts orders and product selection requests to the other employees, who were bringing what he asked for within seconds. It was like watching synchronized dancing. As a manager at my job I find it impressive that you’re able to find people who work so efficiently together.

Had a great experience 💕The two younger men working last night (2/17) were so nice and QUICK while chatting with me. Got me a new back wiper blade which I have neglected along with an engine filter which probably needed replaced a looonngg time ago. Got out cheaper than I expected also which I will never complain about. I really wish I had got their names because they deserve a shoutout. I’ve had bad experiences with the quick oil change places and usually have a family member change it himself but I actually wouldn’t mind coming back next time i need an oil change. This place is great.

I cannot say enough kind things about these gentlemen!! Every time I've been here, they give me water and snacks for my kiddo. They're so polite, they explain things to me like I'm a 5yo (because I am when it comes to car stuff), and they genuinely just have the best attitude to be at work. This is the only Take 5 I've been to so I'm not sure if they're all like this, but whatever the Trussville location is doing, they're doing it right! Way to make a not-always-fun task a highlight of my day. Y'all are awesome.
