Fast, competent, and courteous service. Everything you want from an oil change place. Yes, there's going to be upselling, additional services, and it's more expensive than doing it yourself. That just comes with the territory and convenience. Adding a picture of a secondary cabin filter they pointed out that nobody else even looked at in the 10 past years. Totally worth it if you need everything done quickly.

I’ve been to this Take 5 Oil Change location in Brooklyn Park several times and every visit has been great. The team is fast, professional, and friendly. I love that I can stay in my car during the oil change — it’s quick and convenient. They explain the work clearly and don’t push extra services. Definitely a 5-star experience and highly recommended

Quick and friendly. Miguel, Zach, Manny, Leo, and James be doing great work and offering to check my cabin filter, checking my engine filter, and letting me know about my wiper’s condition, and about my coolant level (takes G13 but can use their G12 if I do a coolant exchange) or last time it was done if it ever has been before I bought the vehicle. They also let me know if they see any kind of leaks underneath the car or if something may need replacing soon just so I’m aware. Great job guys and to the rest of the crew keep it up!

The employees welcomed me warmly with a complimentary water. They took their time with explaining for me to understand things as well as providing coupons when possible. The extra care was felt and they all were friendly, knowledgeable and smiling ✨ id glady return to this location and business

The staff was very friendly, kind, and efficient. They went above my service and make sure that I was well provided for. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this place. I will be going back soon to take my other car there
