Take 5 Oil Change

Incredible customer service. We juat moved into the area 6 months ago and we're concerned about finding a competent and friendly oile change provider for our 2 vehicles. Both experiences have been amazing. Not only dis the service meet expectations, the overall experience in both instances exceeded our expectations. The team was very transparent. I actually got to watch them take the filters out of my truck. Other places just expect you to take their word for it. But really the stand out was just how friendly and helpful everyone was. No high pressure up-selling. I could not be happier.

Pretty pricey but fast and no appointment needed! If you need a last minute oil change they will get you in and out quickly and kindly. Like any auto shop they will try to upsell on you. My receipt also says they washed my windshield and checked my tires but neither of those were actually done.

The staff was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful, welcoming and friendly. They had my car in and out so quickly, and I know they did a thorough job. They explained everything they were doing and made helpful suggestions. I will be back!

Great customer service!! Tim, the manager, is amazing and ready to help. Fixed a bottom plate that was dragging - 2 months after oil change - at no fault of theirs. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They walked me through everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The service was fast, but they still took the time to double-check everything and make sure my vehicle was in great shape before I left. They even had treats for the dogs! A+ from the dogs also
