Take 5 Oil Change

Went in with low expectations, it’s a take 5, but was totally surprised! The staff is one of the most cheerful crews I have ever met. They were a pleasure to interact with! Great service with a smile.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I was there this past Saturday and received an oil change here at this location. I have my receipt and everything. I drive a 2021 Tahoe and for some odd reason yesterday, a week later, the truck started to say the engine was over heating!!!!! This has NEVER HAPPENED. I decided to take it to a different take 5 and to my surprise the Take 5 in Calhoun put ZERO COOLANT inside the vehicle. Which can cause SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE. This place is a CHOP SHOP and from reading the reviews it seems like they are going down hill. Please be careful with this location as it's unreliable.

Overall the experience was fine. It look longer than expected because they were busy, the two ladies were working as fast as they could to get to everyone. Mr. Beer-belly just walked through and watched and didn’t seem super interested in helping to get the customers served though.

Employees were very nice, however I was there for over an hour, in the cold with my window down. They told me I had zero coolant and needed a service for it that costed over hundred dollars. I went to check it and I actually had coolant in there. Other than that not to bad.

Nice experience as always! Quick and efficient. Staff is always attentive, friendly and helpful. Also, if you served the national, this is where you should go if you prefer to not change your oil in a newer complicated vehicle. The 25% military discount makes this service very reasonable.
