This was the best oil change experience I think I’ve ever had because the customer service was top notch. Devlin was so kind to me. My car is always super messy and he was non judgmental and had such a great personality. What an intelligent dude. And then the manager is Jashawn and he was also awesome. There weren’t any other customers when I was there so I got to chat with the two employees. I felt proud of how both of them are so professional but also kind hearted. They took their time on my car with great thoroughness. It was fun to watch how focused they are and how they communicate clearly to each other when they did a safety check procedure. I’ve been to this location twice now for my truck’s oil change. They did a great job on my first visit, and since I don’t drive my truck much, it’s been about a year since I was back. When I pulled into the bay this time, Devlyn checked everything and let me know there was no need for an oil change. He said the oil level was good and the oil still looked excellent. He simply topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. I truly appreciate his honesty. Most places would have just gone ahead and changed the oil whether it was needed or not. I was very happy with the service I received. I was welcomed upon arrival and made to feel comfortable. The whole process was explained as well as different prices for different oil type, etc. Employees worked well together and communication was excellent. They say what they’re doing out loud so you hear what they are doing, how much oil (and oil weight) is added and their steps to completion. It was so much easier/quicker than going to a dealership. You sit in your car for the whole thing. I was out of there quickly. I will definitely go back and I will recommend to others. I usually hate handling this kind of stuff but it was so easy. Very happy.

I was very impressed with the entire crew. The Main person working with me, explained every detail of what they were doing with the car. This is the first time I’ve used them for this particular vehicle. They were not pushy and explained to me why I might need the engine coolant changed out as well. This was a 2011 Toyota Camry that I just purchased from a friend and it definitely needed oil change, And the engine coolant changed out. When they took the inside air filter out, while I was sitting in the car, I was shocked to see how filthy it was. Sometimes when the car is in the back of an auto shop one never knows if it’s truly your filter they took out and that is why I like this place is because they are doing everything right in front of you. Technician waa friendly and communicated effectively about a situation with my car that needs to be addressed by a different mechanic. My car has high mileage so I always get the recommended oil for that. I was somewhat surprised at the price because it was more than another "stay in your car" place I go to in Woodstock. But due to the technician's friendliness, detailed explanation, concern and follow-up recommendations, I will likely return in the future.
