Take 5 Oil Change

The team on 12/3 was amazing! They were very kind, knowledgeable and hardworking. They were training new staff while doing a great job! I was offered water as soon as I pulled in. They went over some concerns with my vehicle and let me know which ones really needed fixing and what could wait. All employees were fantastic, especially their lead! Highly recommend this location if you need a quick oil change :)

Service and the guys were thorough and great. I usually do my own but have not had time. It is very expensive and hoping the high priced oil does magic to my engine to make it last longer. $89.00 for 5.5 quarts of oil plus tax.

Quick fast and efficient. Will be back. It was mid-winter with the doors open; I think the owners need to give those guys in the bay a blower heater to stay warm, the ceiling heaters weren’t cutting it. Great service! Thanks again.

My rating has nothing to do with the in-person interaction with the techs as they were polite. I rated down because I jump-scared by the additional $40 tacked onto my oil-change only service. The rate was $85 and some change… so my expectation was around 90ish after tax. Pretty high for an oil change as I normally pay around $65-$75 for my oil changes at other similar places…. then when it came time to pay I was told $126! I asked where the extra $40 came from and was told, oh $7 for an extra quart (mine apparently takes 6 and the standard is 5, I have an SUV.) Ok so that makes sense, what about the rest? $14 for the oil filter - umm that usually comes standard in the price for the oil change, $6 surcharge for the techs to do the work - interesting… NEVER been charged separately for the s
