Take 5 Oil Change

David took AMAZING care of me for my first time here! Great recommendations and even though I had to wait they w we ere so kind provided water for my wait, checked on me and got me out quickly! I WILL be returning

I visited the store yesterday, and the female attendant was very rude telling me that I picked something as far as the Type of oil the last time I visited and I know good and well that I did not because I didn’t know what type of oil and I was never given a choice. The first time I visited was back in August and I usually go to the dealership to get my oil changed so when I arrived, I just asked for the type of oil that is required for my vehicle. As far as I was concerned, there was only ONE type. She kept talking over me and explaining that I had chosen a type and wanted to know if I wanted the same type. I tried multiple times to explain to her that when I came the last time I did not choose which type, but she was not hearing it and kept talking over me. I did get very upset and told h

I had an oil change and tire rotation! When I arrived, there was just one vehicle ahead of me and I waited about 10-15 minutes (there were 2 lines). I was greeted by an employee with a cold water bottle (so nice!) and was told they’d be with me as soon as possible! The service itself was quick and efficient, and the staff were very friendly, too. Will definitely be returning!

I really appreciate the outstanding customer service, especially since it was freezing outside. These ladies were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional my entire visit. I dreaded going to get my oil changed after work, but it had to be done. The place I chose made it worth while because I had a great experience and was out in no time. Thank you.

Sunshine and her team took great care of my company truck today! Oil change and tire rotation only took 20 minutes, and they even took the time to show me the clean oil, as well as the torque and tire pressure on my wheels and tires. I will 100% be returning!
