Mrs. Pat at LensCrafters inside Macy’s Willowbrook Mall is different. Super welcoming, locked in, and really knows her stuff. She made buying my Meta glasses smooth and easy — no pressure, just straight expertise. Best in the business. Period.

Long wait time, Poor customer service Waited over 1 hour for an inspection. There were 5 cars ahead of me and 3 left. Couldn’t imagine my wait time if they would have stayed. There was a car behind me who left as well. No one came to greet me. Knowing people were leaving, no one came to apologize or explain the wait. I’m new to area and have been to other Take 5 locations so I thought this was a sure bet. I waited this time but won’t be back

When I pulled up, I was immediately given a bottle of cold water! They worked quickly to address my concern, they were detailed about my inspection and in a classy way invited me back for service items in the future. All gentlemen were professional and friendly.

Friendly staff. They assessed the vehicle quickly and offered the normal checks on the equipment. They gave their recommendations but unlike other places they were not pushy. We will get to it on a follow up visit. This alone means I will be back to have my vehicle serviced here. Great experience overall.

Stopped in today at the FM 529 & Fry Take Five. I observed excellent customer care from the team. Excellent team work in servicing the customer. I am so impressed that I will be moving to this location for future appointments.
