Take 5 Oil Change

Highly recommend going anywhere BUT here for your oil change. After agreeing for the upsell package and paying almost $300, the technicians damaged my hood to where it will no longer latch closed. It worked perfectly beforehand, and then they tried to close it and couldn’t, likely because they tried to close it with their tool still in there. They denied all responsibility and said ”You’re on your own, this isn’t our fault”. I have tried calling to file a complaint corporately and have been on hold for 2 hours. I paid them $300 and left with a broken hood and no help.

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 today! The guys were professional, fast, and super helpful from start to finish. They walked me through everything my car needed, explained what should be changed soon, and even topped off all my fluids as a courtesy. 👏🏽 Excellent customer service, honest recommendations, and great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🚗💨

Very nice crew they all worked together as one. Mr.K-Ron was very helpful and nice. I will always come back. The service was quick and the price was right.

They ain’t even do my oil change correctly workers were in a bad mood slamming tools on my engine had me in the bay over an hour spilling oil all over my engine didn’t say anything to them didn’t want them to retaliate by messing up my car but never again doing my oil change there… they also messed up my skid plate

I am a loyal Take 5 Customer. I have been to this store before and had a good experience, however, that did not happen this time. I got there and 2 employees were yelling at each other. It got very heated as 1 of them was threatening to fight the other one. They were cussing and even using racial slurs. I was very uncomfortable and even concerned for my safety. This happened for the entire time I was there while 1 employee did my oil change. I called cooperate customer service AND sent an email, but nobody has responded for 1 week. I wanted to give them the time to resolve, but also want to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I would not recommend visiting this location and will not return.
