Take 5 Oil Change

I have been waiting for more than an hour, saw 4 staff members, but only 1 person is working on the oil changes when I entered.. and no one is even assisting him.. I should have left a while ago.. not returning to this place ever! Justin was very apologetic, but its not fair for him to be the only one working on both cars.

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment when my low oil light suddenly came on in my Audi. I was a little skeptical at first, but I pulled in to ask for help — and I’m so glad I did. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and immediately put my mind at ease. They worked efficiently and had me back on the road in time to make my appointment. They even offered cold water and cleaned my windows while I waited. Excellent service all around — I highly recommend them and will definitely return for future business!

Had an emergency road trip in tje morning and no time to change oil myself. Arrived at the DeLand location 7:05 pm. The place was dimly lit, bay doors open and no one to be seen. There were cones placed at the bay entrance. The sound of the bell did nothing to bring anyone out. Going to wake up at 6 AM and change oil myself. My first and last visit to Take 5.

After leading me And my vehicle into the bay, I was left to sit there for 25 minutes before they started working on my car. I think a 10 minute oil change is a thing of the past. However, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have given five stars if they had both bays going At the same time.
