Take 5 Oil Change

I drove into a very professional and friendly atmosphere. I was greeted with smiles. I was given a generous $10.00 off for my 1st visited. I had chose the economy oil change, but thanks to the young gentleman who was taking my information....I chose the premium.He was honest and explained the better choice, for my vehicle. I will be a returning customer. Once my oil change was done it was very friendly young lady, who gave me an oil change punch card for my next visit. Too expensive and I even had a coupon. First time there and probably last. Very nice gal helped me. Service was fine. I will just go back to where I previously had it changed. $120 with a coupon is a bit excessive in my opinion. Did not include any tire rotation or filter replacement. Straight oil change. .

I just left the location, and everything was great!! So nice not to get pressured into buying random unnecessary things my car probably doesn’t need anyhow. She offered but wasn’t super push and I so appreciate that. Everyone was professional pleasant and quick (even though it clearly wasn’t super easy for them due to issues with my car.) it’s nice to get anwesome affordable and quick service. Thanks to all, I really appreciated everything! Keep it up please!

Very impressed with the extremely friendly staff and a very helpful. I love the fast stay in your car option. The staff Is off the charts amazing I was extremely impressed. I went only one other time to stay in your car place, and there were no rebates offered, and the person doing my car brought me my recently installed air filter and told me I needed a new one. It was Very clear it was barely dirty. I came in here with the Exact same air filter hadn’t been changed and they brought me my air filter To show me and said it didn’t need to be changed because I still had a ton of life in it and it was still barely dirty. Really thought this place was gonna be a good place to go for oil changes but turns out it's the worst place in this country!! Went in for an oil change that takes 10 min give or take but on 2/15/26 these guys did the worst thing possible and drained my transmission fluid without even noticing until it was to late, instead of draining the oil and then put 5.5 quarts of oil on top of 5.5 quartz of oil already in the vehicle I then started it with now 11 quartz of oil in the vehicle and when I did that it was an instant cloud of smoke with my revving the engine to 3000 rpm's not once but twice did i do that. A few min after since they were trying to figure it out the manager comes and tells me my vehicle will have to be towed so it was towed to audi DesMoines because it is a 2023 Q7 the Gene
