Take 5 Oil Change

I had such a great experience at Take 5! The guys who changed my oil were fast, professional, and super friendly from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and had me in and out in no time. I really appreciated how respectful and efficient they were it made the whole process easy and stress-free. Definitely coming back for my next oil change! Highly recommend.

I came to this business and I waited. The coupon you receive is a great value. I arrived and saw 3 bays available. There was one car in the middle bay ahead of me. I was told to pull up behind the car that was positioned in the middle bay. I waited for awhile watching two mechanics work on one vehicle. I guess "Take 5" believed my time wasn't valuable. I just called Quick Lane and made an appointment for the next day. I wasn't impressed with "Take 5." If I have to sit in my car to wait for service I'd rather drop the car off and come back when my service was complete. There were two additional, empty, bays available. I guess I was expecting to much. In my opinion, the service was too slow. I would rather take my time somewhere else. If you have time to wait in your car until s

First time ever been there & loved their service. Was explained details by detail of what was going to be done & what to expect. Very honest & courteous. Quick but very efficient service. Will go back & will recommend this place for an oil change plus more! A++++++

Great custumer service , technicians are very knowledgeable, and friendly, and quick. When they say Take 5, they mean it. Mine took a little longer, I have an F-250 and asked for air filter, cabin air filter, the square fuel filter that goes underneath the truck, and a synthetic oil filter . They made sure I was all good to go. They asked me to start my vehicle to make sure there was no oil, fuel leaking from where they had changed them. Great service and they did it with a smile . Thanks Team Take 5, u are my go to’s whenever I need an oil change . And to top it off they gave me free fluid top offs until my next oil change.

I was sincerely grateful for the exceptional service and treatment I received. Jerry not only diagnosed an issue with my coolant that required immediate attention that day, for which I was unprepared, but he also showed remarkable kindness by ensuring I departed in good condition. I am forever grateful for his concern and outstanding service. The staff clearly take pride in their work, and I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.
