Last time I went, I had a coupon and the price was decent. The crew was nice, but unfortunately they did not have the necessary filter for my car and we had to wait over an hour for them to get to the store. Went back the other day and they seemed like they had no interest in me coming. I didn't have a coupon so asked about specials and they said I could look online. Then proceeded to tell me it would cost $85 for an oil change. I kindly nodded out and went to Walmart. No coupon required and and was $30 less expensive. That's that.
Don’t get oil change over here if there is a chance to not give that single star I would take it because last month I did the oil change over here and I got the low engine oil alert in less than 2000 miles. When I get done the oil change in walmart I never saw that alert even after driving 5000 miles because of some urgent work I did the oil change in Take 5 next time I never get the oil change in it.
Your wives and children will be taken advantage of at this location and a lube tech posing as the manager Tyrel E. is very proud of it and thinks it’s hilarious. My kid went here for his first oil change and was over charged around $60. When I called to see if someone could explain the charges to me Tyrel laughed and told me it was my fault my kid was taken advantage of because I had to be at work. He also told me it was my fault my kid can’t do math among other things. The manager Morgan S apparently approves of his poor character. Just don’t go here.
They did good although I work at enterprise and we take our cars there so I already knew that they did good. They were quick and it's my new go to oil change place. They didn't try to sell me nothing I didn't need and they asked questions on how I drive and gave me the best options to choose from.
Best oil change experience I’ve ever had. The guys offered me bottled water made sure I had all my fluids wiper blades filters and everything good to go and also very friendly cool people working here will be recommending to family and friends for sure!
