Take 5 Oil Change

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had my oil changed a while back, the technician told me he only pulled a quart out and that my vehicle must be burning oil. Next time I had my oil changed I checked the level before I went in, same technician said he only pulled 3.5qt out (my engine requires 5qt). When I checked the level before hand it was over filled. He added 5qt to my engine and also told me I had a rod knock. I went home after getting my oil changed and checked the level, again way over filled. The next morning I went back, had them check my oil level and the technician agreed to top evac the oil and fill it back up. Same result, the oil was over filled. Then he proceeded to tell me that my dipstick was off and it was because of the type of engine I have, keep in mind the oil they pulled out of my

I got a oil change and a air filter. It took 20+ minutes cost me $180.00 and when I asked why so expensive I was told the economy.But the worst part was they tried to tell me a truck that has no leaks never has anything but condensation from the air conditioner had a transmission leak from the pan a oil pan leak from the pan and a rear main seal leaking as well. My coolant was full but they told me my balances were off even though I only put 50/50 in my truck. Wanted to charge me $134.00 to flush my radiator and it’s brand new less than 6months old. Checked my rear differential fluid said it should be a certain density and it was gonna be $100.00 +, Funny part is my truck is taken care of regularly by a ASE certified mechanic who happens to be a really good friend and mechanic. Employees were very nice. Acted like they knew what they were doing. I was a little disappointed though. When I got home I noticed that they didn’t screw down a panel underneath my front end. This is the 2nd time something wasn’t fastened back correctly. The last time my air filter fastened lid was not fastened at all.

Each time we've been here, we've been treated with respect. We've never been pushed into extra products. The technicians are well educated and I appreciate the dual safety check before customers are allowed to leave. Pricing seems fair in comparison to competitors- maybe slightly higher, BUT there's typically little to no wait and you don't have to schedule appointments. Plus, there are usually coupons available to lower the price.

Michael and Nathan were fantastic! So helpful explaining each process and super nice! And quick! I was able to get right in! So much more economical with my time and money to go to Take 5!!
