Take 5 Oil Change

There were only three gentleman working the day of our visit. Unfortunately that led to a very very long wait. That being said the employees were very kind, respectful and doing the very best they could. They at one point brought water to the cars waiting. Something that wasn't necessary but very much appreciated. That extra effort gesture encourages me to return on my next oil change.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It always take forever to get into a bay here. Today I arrived at 11:30. There were 2 cars in the 2 bays, and 1 car waiting in front of each bay door. I was the 2nd car in line behind the 2nd bay. The car in front of me was waved into the bay around 11:45 I sat in my car until 12:30 and there was no sign that they would be finished up any time soon, and I finally had to leave. I saw multiple cars come and wait in line and leave while I continued to wait. I wish I had been smart enough to leave with them, as I was 30 minutes late getting back to work. I didn't get to eat my lunch, was in trouble for being late, and I didn't get my oil changed. I tried to call to speak with someone and it routed me to a call center to an employee who was unable to do anything,

They messed my car up came for an oil soon as I pulled off a safety alert popped up and I was driving my car ALL DAY PERFECTLY FINE I came back the guy that worked on my car was no help the manager on duty didn’t care bc it was time for him to go he didn’t help they gave a $7 off card and said the next manager will be in Saturday and walked away . My car is still in the shop for this and take 5 did it.

Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They changed my radiator fluid and explained everything clearly. No pressure, no hassle, just solid service. I’ll definitely be back.

They were short some workers so, it took over an hour of waiting in line. They took about 30 minutes per car. It costed me about $120 and took 30 minutes to get the oil changed. There were no other complications. They need to rename it "30 Minute Oil Change". I still didn't remove any stars from the rating, because one of the workers came outside and handed out bottles of water to the 10 cars that were waiting to get serviced. another reason that I didn't take away any stars is that even though it took about 2 hours in all to get this done, it still saved me from the added damage that many automotive shops do to our cars in order to make themselves more money. I'd rather pay a set amount here than to roll the dices of destruction by going to an automotive shop.
