Take 5 Oil Change

I always take my vehicles to take 5 for any oil changes. This particular shop is full of great people who do an amazing job, every time! This time they offered to flush and refill my coolant as well as changing my oil, which my car desperately needed. They even gave me an additional discount on top of military discount! They always do an amazing job and explain why things are needed without being pushy and the prices are great! Second best part is that all this through work was done in under an hour even with all the bays full and cars in front of me. I’m extremely happy customers and will continue to bring my cars here.

Yesterday was the best experience I ever had while getting my car serviced. Everyone was so nice and professional. The service was fast and everyone I encountered took care of me and my dog mocha. They were very knowledgeable, answered questions and gave me the option to choose the price that fit my pockets for the services I received. I loved EVERYTHING about my experience and I will definitely be returning. Give every employee that work at the Radford Rd location a reward for doing such an amazing job. Took far too long. The tech who worked on my car came dangerously close to breaking my glove box because he had no idea how to get it out to access the cabin filter… that I asked him not to worry about. My Wife’s car took 15 minutes longer than mine even though the techs spent 20 minutes after my oil change trying to fix the glove box issue. However, the crew were very nice, accommodating, and at times, apologetic, Do not base your willingness to go to Take 5 based on my review, instead, give them a chance, who knows, maybe your experience will be better than mine.

Professional, Honest, and Knowledgeable. Best experience I've had at any oil change spot, Mr. Ed and Mr. Michael are shining examples of what peak customer service is. Price was so affordable for every service I recieved, it felt like I'd hit the lottery. Thank you guys, top notch work!

I had a very good experience here this morning at the Raeford Rd Take 5 Oil Change - I had called before going to let them know that I needed a Oil and Filter change service - was told the best time to come - I got serviced by Nate and Reece - Nate's customer service was exceptional. The service was quick and I left feeling great about my experience - keep up the good work.
