Take 5 Oil Change

The only thing this business does is fast oil & filter changes. Well, they couldn’t even get that right on my car!!! They overfilled the oil and also the tires. I was the only car there and now I know why. 4 guys couldn’t get this right!?! Then, when I took it back to fix their mistake after having a huge oil spot on my garage floor, they were closed. Called their number for several days-no answer. Called the corporate office, they said it’s a franchise. Do NOT go there.

Chris is the one who helped me, but they are all very friendly and personable. We made jokes and laughed it was one of the best take 5 experiences I've had. Very good customer service and they changed my oil super fast !!

I have visited this location on more the one time as always the workers are friendly and professional. However, on this particular visit the gentleman whose name was Mike went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. He explained the type of oil being used and helped me to get a better sense of the product. Being that this was my first time in a newer vehicle. I am both appreciative and impressed with the level of service that I received. I will definitely be back as always!! Thanks Take5 and thanks Mike

As of today, this is my 3rd time coming to Take 5 (North Hwy 67) and I can honestly say this was the best service I’ve received. Aaron, Keishawm, and Nick were my techs and they are amazing! They were kind, respectful, detailed, and took the time out to explain each step and what they were doing. They also did a thorough check and made sure everything was up to par. I will most definitely be back and would recommend them as your techs next time you go!

The first time I came here, it was for an oil change. They got me in and out in a decent amount of time, and the workers were pleasant. I liked my experience so I came back later for another oil change; however, that was not a good experience. I was greeted by a man with glasses who acted like he didn’t want to talk at all (mumbling), and when he did, it was with an attitude. I left before I could get service because I felt like my experience would get worse from there. If that man typically works early Saturday mornings, then I would avoid getting your car serviced around that time.
