Take 5 Oil Change

I had a wonderful experience my first time at Take 5 Oil Change. This location is going to be my go-to moving forward. I had an oil change along with my air filter and cabin air filter changed (thanks to them checking them and showing me how bad off they were). The customer service couldn't have been any better and I work in hospitality, so my expectations are always high. I had the pleasure of working with 3 different employees and every one of them were kind, cheerful, and took the time to explain every step and process with me. They took wonderful care of me and I was in and out quickly. It was also very affordable! 10/10 recommend!!

I was very impressed with the service I was given. The staff was so professional and very knowledgeable of their task. Everyone was so very helpful and got me and my grandson in and out of their very quickly. And I must say with suggestions of the staff I came out of there with my car running even better than it was before. Thank u guys for the great service and politefulness and caring for us as if we were family. I will be back.

We were treated like family. The staff was knowledgeable of their task and had us in and out quickly. If u need an oil change or air filters changed go to take 5 oil change. They also check other things under the hood and if they find anything that needs to be changed or corrected they will let you know and offer suggestions. They are great. Go see them, they will take very good care of u. I will be going back when I am due another oil change.

The whole process went smoothly and fast. Antoine, Julia, and Andrew did a great job getting me in and out. They answered all my questions and help me understand the whole process and was very willing to solving the problems I presented. Will be coming back every time!

Julia, Exzavier, Antoine, and Brandon were very kind and informative today. They even helped fix my license plate that was hanging off the car and screwed it back in. Excellent customer service and they brought a smile to my face during a very hard day for me. Highly recommend!
