Take 5 Oil Change

Shoutout to the workers that worked on March 3rd, They gave the best service I’ve ever had! They were very polite and gave water to me and my friend! They did their job very fast and gave short and efficient conversation regarding my car needs and things like that. Well deserved 5 stars !!!

Very disappointing put all the right side of air filter bolts in wrong and did not clean out air box when they pulled filter out then returned to show and explain there mistake and both employees didn’t seem to care about my 60k truck or what they did wrong

After getting my oil changed & leaving and parking my car for the rest of the morning,and after a few hours I then get in and started to drive on the I-10 and my front deflector that was protecting my oil pan comes undone and start to drag…I make it back to the 5 min oil location where it was done to see if the can fix it, but no they were just standing around and staring and didn’t offer me any assistance on getting it fix just took the metal part that was skidding and handed it to me saying they were sorry and that’s it..

Cage was pleasant, knowledgeable and phenomenal customer service. Great sense of humor too. I loved seeing a female mechanic well done to her. Made the wait worth it.

The young technicians were all so kind courteous and knowledgeable!! Very informative letting me know EVERYTHING DONE! LOVED hearing communications on safety checks once service performed and checked!! Great prices too and respect our veteran's fireman and medical fields! I will return THANKS!
