Take 5 Oil Change

Had a great experience at that location. The guy Jordan was amazing. His customer service was outstanding and he also provided me with extra information on my car that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend anyone that uses take five that’s in the area to go to this location.

Right after having my oil changed here, I noticed my engine was idling a little rough, and the next morning a cloud of white smoke came out of the exhaust. I checked the oil level and it was about 3 inches above the full line on the dip stick! So I took it back to the shop the day after the initial service and there was a different crew on duty. They drained the oil and refilled it to the correct level (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). No apology or compensation was offered. The engine seems to be OK now, but this was my first visit to this shop and I will definitely not be back.

one of the VERY few times i got in right away w/o a long wait!! meaning 3 bays available, 1 bay being used! Jordan my initial contact was very polite, genuinely happy and VERY professional looking. The MoD i gather is mgr on duty, she left a lot to be desired compared to Jordan. The gentleman who actually serviced my truck, Kevin, looked the part, but was pleasant and helpful. For clarification a 2 nd bay was eventually opened right as i left. Garbage was literally overflowing and spilling over. Place needs some spiffing up and corporate oversite so at least we get the impression that Take 5 in general gives a shit.

Visiting my local Take 5 for the first time was a great experience. Dylan, Aaron & Ryan were super friendly, professional & knowledgeable. They had me on the road in no time! I would highly recommend this location…easy in/easy out, even on US 19.

Great service! In and out within 10 minutes on my wife's car so, I brought my car in, as well. Dylan, Aaron, Kevin and Sarah were all very professional, knowledgeable and quick. I'd highly recommend these guys and will definitely return, for sure.
