Take 5 Oil Change

I brought my car in for an oil change and radiator flush. After the service, I drove the 3mile back home. The next morning, as I was preparing to use the car for a 4 hour road trip to Dallas, I saw oil all over the floor of my garage coming from under my car. Take 5 customer service was of no assistance in helping with how to get my car back to being able to drive to Dallas. I drove the car back to the Take 5 location where I had to wait for my issue to be addressed. The technicians were nice and fixed what appears to be a bad filter. However, my trip to Dallas has now been delayed and I had to purchase absorbent to remove the oil from my garage. I hav attached a receipt for the absorbent for $31.09 which I expect to be reimbursed for. In addition, I feel Take 5 should refund my charge fo

Logan was the best experience I have ever had here at take 5. He was very helpful with any questions I had. Very quick and efficient with his work and a well mannered young man. I will be sure to recommend Logan every visit.

My daughter brought her vehicle in for a simple oil change, but instead of performing the service she requested, they conducted an inspection without her authorization. To make matters worse, they charged her card anyway — and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, she still hasn’t received a refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating. Clear communication and basic customer service should not be this difficult. If you’re considering coming here, double-check exactly what work they plan to do and confirm charges beforehand. I expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately did not receive either.

WHAT A RIP OFF! I called to ask about a price for a basic oil change. I was told it was $51 plus he could text me a $25 coupon. I said great. Got the text. Went to the location in Humble, Tx and told the guy I wanted the basic oil change and I had a coupon. When it was time to check out he told me $121 for an inspection and oil change. What happened to the $51 oil change? Needless to say I was NOT happy and the employee could care a less. Do NOT go here for any services!

I went Friday, January 23 to the take five station on Westlake Houston by Chick-fil-A. I went for an oil change all was going well and I asked the guy to check all my fluids and he said that that comes with the package that I bought and I was OK with it. He told me I was all done and I left. I was a satisfied customer at the time. Well yesterday my headlight went out, and my roommate went to change it and she opened my hood and noticed that my washer fluid cover was missing. So today I went back to their station and told him what happened and he says they see missing caps all the time and it should’ve been on my invoice which it is not mentioned on the invoice and the young man that was servicing my car and never mentioned that it was missing.
