Take 5 Oil Change

I have used take five oil change for the last three oil changes and had a great experiences. However, this time the gentleman was trying to sell me an up charged oil and was being very aggressive. However, I kept telling him not to put the fourth synthetic in. After that, he didn’t talk to me anymore. I never got a sticker for the reminder of when to come back.

The people there are very thorough and explain everything they are doing with your vehicle. Price point is comparable to all other places and very convenient right here in Jacksonville. I highly recommend them for your vehicle maintenance.

I called to get a quote on an oil change was told one price when i showed up they told me it was going to be $30 more than the quote i was told. Manger was rude and dismissive about it when i told them i was told a completely different price on the phone. I will not be returning to get an oil change at take 5. I was also told my car needed 5 quarts but only put 4 1/2 in my vehicle.

Way too expensive!! I didn’t even get an oil change. I pulled in, the gentleman was very nice. I had a $20 coupon and he asked me which package I wanted. I told him the cheapest one. He scanned my vin and told me my total WITH THE COUPON would be $123!!!!!! I told him no thanks. They closed the hood and I left. Took it to Gray’s Automotive in Rusk, TX and paid $85 for my synthetic oil change. No coupon needed. I will never go back. God bless!

I don't like that I paid 140 bucks for an oil change and was charged separately for an oil filter and oil. I don't like that they pushed me to get other things that clearly weren't needed because I was a woman. But other than that it was fine. I won't be returning.
