Take 5 Oil Change

Fantastic customer service here. The first time I came by, they immediately let me know they didn’t have the filter needed for my car and when their supply would be replenished. I went back a day or two later. They flagged issues that needed my attention without being pushy, which I so appreciate. A range of options to choose from for the best oil for my car.

I came in with a coupon to get a simple oil change the oil that I asked for I did not get they gave me a platinum and charged me for it and didn’t take my coupon and pretended like they didn’t remember to put it in and then give me a coupon for 50% off A coupon that expires in 2 Months Way before my next oil change this car has been fully serviced. All I needed was a simple oil change now my check engine light is on. I am super pissed and will not ever go back here again.

Stopped in today. Had an oil change done in less than 20 minutes. Completely happy with my service today. Everyone on this team is amazing, has a great attitude and is 100% positively willing to help. Thank you so much to the team at take 5 in Kissimmee. You guys are absolutely amazing! Miguel and Tania are super professional, provided excellent service to my vehicle today, and all without me having to get out of my car with my 3 y/o, they are fast, friendly and very informative. This is the closest Take 5 for me since I live in St Cloud near Narcoossee Rd and HWY 192, and I’ll keep making the drive to this Kissimmee Location thanks to the outstanding customer service they consistently provide. Coming from out of state, this is my first time at a Take5. We had exceptional customer service from booking the appointment through walking in the door where the staff was super friendly and real. They got us in and out, didn’t try to sell us anything extra, even helped reset the computer system so the “Time to change your oil” warning light was reset. Very, very happy with the overall experience and a fair price to boot.
