Take 5 Oil Change

⭐️☆☆☆☆ Never Again I usually take my vehicle to the dealership for oil changes, but this time I decided to try something quicker. I searched “oil change near me” on Google and found Take 5 Oil Change. The reviews looked okay, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, that was a big mistake. When I got back home, I noticed my car was left dirty and had visible damage/scratches on the bumper, which were not there before the service (see photos). I went in for a simple oil change and left with cosmetic issues on my vehicle. This experience was very disappointing and unacceptable. A basic oil change should not result in damage to a customer’s car. I will definitely never return and would not recommend this location to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

I wish they all were the same! But only thing most share is the brand/name. Nevertheless the staff was great and listen to me without trying to tell me what i need and don't need. Usually I let them do whatever there normal is. But this time i simply needed a oil change and nothing else. I had already replaced cabin air filter and engine air filter as well topped off coolant. So I told them hey don't need to check anything JUST do the oil change and that's it. They did the oil change and topped off the washer fluid and sent me on my way. I praised them for listening and doing exactly what I asked.

Ethan was really knowledgeable and thorough. His co worker had a lil issue filling new oil. Watched a fair amount dump out and over. Maybe he is new, rushing or isn't staying present and fully aware of his job. I have never had this happen much less watch ever before. I think they cleaned it pretty well so I lessons learned. Moving on.

Very bad experience, went to go and get an oil change and the associate broke my glove compartment box... Nothing but a bunch of kids work there. Don't know what they are doing in my glove, compartment is still not fixed. Some guy from corporate called me and pretty much gave me 2 options. Either he fixes it or take it to another location. Took damn too much to reach out to me. Finally I had to threaten. Went there to get my glove compartment fixed by the guy that said he's the mechanics there. He could not fix it. Started spazzing out saying that he was stressing had to get the girl to remove the glove compartment box on Google, looking at his phone to see how to fix it. Needed an oil change and came here on a whim. Me and my husband were greeted and welcomed upon arrival, even given a water as it was hot out. They did an amazing job with explaining what they were checking and making sure we got the oil we needed along with other options we could have chosen from. It took around 10 minutes for them to finish, will be coming back for my next change!
