Take 5 Oil Change

This place is great. I have had two oil changes here now and the staff is kind and professional. The pricing is comparable to another fast oil change place. However, this is where they differ- customer service; coupons (50% off?!?), a bottle of water while I waited, AND a top off service for 2 quarts of oil. Pretty great. Thanks guys, from Kelly G.

Good so far! For my first experience it was great. Customer service was great. They were up front with the cost, no hidden fees. They refilled my windshield washer fluid and really checked my tire pressure. Showed me the oil I purchased in a clear container to confirm I got 6.4 qts as recommended per manufacturer. Perhaps the next feature they should add is camera under the car displayed on a small monitor next to the customer to build confidence.

Went to Take 5 to get an oil change. Amazing customer service. Better prices than Jiffy Lube which is where i've been going for years. Much faster at Take 5 too. Had Zach working on my car and he did a very thorough job and was able to get my car in and out quickly. Would go back to have Zach work on my car again.

AMAZING SERVICE! Visited new Leominster, MA location. Got here towards end of day on a Sunday. Was busy a small wait, but they took me as last car even though it would put them slightly past close. I was so appreciative as I had a long drive the next day and I was very overdue on an oil change. They had a great price deal going on and even without the deal, their regular prices are way better than jiffy lube, with better oil options. Staff was super friendly, gave me an ice cold water while I waited and even had some treats for my pup. Nate, Jaden, and Xavier were nothing but friendly and informative. Very professional staff. None of this is their fault. In fact, I praise them for going to the store just to buy my oil when Take 5 ran out. I was there for quite a while. I drive home from work today and get an oil light. Check the dip stick. The oil level is very low. I don’t see any leaks from the filter or plug. I drive this car on track. I do all my own work. My own oil changes etc etc. I just sometimes don’t have time to do it myself.. and this is what happens. Almost every time from these quick oil change places. What happens when people come through and don’t know anything about their own car? I’m also your UPS guy in Leominster so.. I’m sure I’ll be stopping by to bring it up tomorrow.
