The service provided by the manager and team was very detailed and thorough. They explained everything I needed clearly and made sure I understood the process. I especially loved that we didn’t have to leave the car during the service. It made the entire experience convenient and stress-free.

Do NOT take your car to this place. I brought my brand new car in for a simple oil change, and they completely messed it up. Screws are now missing — screws that THEY removed. Parts were improperly installed and the work was careless. This is unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional service and a complete lack of integrity. I regret trusting them with my vehicle.

Chance & Rue worked together to service my Lexus in snellville today. Outstanding customer service!!! They explained each step of the service, offered refreshments while I waited and topped off all my fluids and checked my air filter and tire pressure. If I had cash, I would have tipped them today, so instead, I’m leaving this review. Outstanding customer service guys!! That will definitely keep customers coming back! Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. The work looks rushed and careless. They left obvious details unfinished and the vehicle was not returned in the condition it should have been after the service. You pay expecting quality and professionalism, but here it feels like they cut corners. This place does not inspire confidence

Very disappointing experience. I was given one price at the beginning and ended up paying more without a clear explanation. They add charges without properly detailing the work performed. The lack of transparency is concerning. A serious business should be clear and honest with its customers.
