Take 5 Oil Change

The guys there were all helpful to me as for making me understand the mechanics terminology. They worked really good together and got me out of there swiftly! Marquette , the guy that did my oil/filters was very informative and polite!

I arrived to get an oil change I had a short wait and was given a cold bottle of water for the wait. Carl and Alton were both professional and knowledgeable. I will be going back next oil change. It's cost to my home and in a safe location. Thank you Take5 for the great service.

The workers on February 27, 2026 close down the take five around 4:40 PM to go on a lunch break. I completely understand that the mechanics need to eat. However, can that at least be posted before people drive all the way there? There were three other cars behind me that had to leave because they said they were not going to come back from the lunch break until 5:30 PM. This makes me not want to use any take fives anymore. If this is the type of service they give.

1/18/26 First time at this location. I usually go to Express on Forrest Hill Rd. They were closed so I decided to try Take 5. I drove in with my own oil and filter. The mechanics greeted me and guided me in. They were fairly clear communicators which I appreciated. The did my service and it did not take long. I only give it 3 starts because I’m so used to the extras you get at Express for around the same money invested (engine rev after changing the oil, lights and wiper check, ect). To me all of those small things make the difference in the experience. Non the less, they did the job and so far I haven’t had any leaking.

Well you guys lost my business. Drove up to your Macon location at 435 and the associate there told me closed until 5, turned his back and continued to smoke his cigarette. I'm guessing he was on his lunch break which is fine. He could have done a better job of customer service. Went across the street to Express, higher price but better service
