Take 5 Oil Change

I am having a hard time with this company, one of their employees bent my skid plate under my new car and stripped my screws in the process. I know ..if it's new how did I get in this situation 🤔 I went over my oil change mileage!! Now they are giving me the run around and not addressing the problem and want me to pay for oil changes.. where they do that at?? This has been going on for months, and the manager keeps telling me that im not the only car...Honda that was messed up by an employee that is no longer there!!@$$ I need my car fixed and I need my oil changed 😩. I keep going to see if they would fix it but it's the bull crap for me. They wrote on it to show them how to take it off

I am writing this review based on my personal experience, and I strongly advise anyone with a Nissan — I mean anyone — do NOT come to this location. Here is exactly what happened: On January 14, I had my emissions test, tag renewal, and oil change done here — in that order. On January 15, while taking my child to school, my vehicle suddenly would not go over 25 mph, the check engine light came on, and the car began jerking violently. I was terrified but managed to get home safely. I immediately called this location and asked to speak with a manager. When the general manager, Chuck, returned my call, I explained what was happening. He told me — and this is a major red flag — that in the last two weeks they had serviced several Nissans and customers had to return because parts were not pu

10 minutes turned into 27. Though the attendant was polite, he clearly is a salesman who knows its products & services! Yes, I would recommend this shop; however, let your 10 be 10 or offer compensation when it exceeds 10 minutes. For example, if the service creeps over 5 minutes, 3% off total service. Alternatively, don’t advertise 10 minutes, stay in your car service. My thoughts only… BTW, I tipped him 10%🧐

Everyone is so friendly and sweet here! I came in for an oil change, and I have an older car with multiple maintenance needs. They were able to help with various concerns! Wesley and Q were extremely helpful and kind during the whole process. I will ABSOLUTELY be returning for my next oil change and other car matters!

I throughly enjoyed the experience of getting my oil changed at Take 5. From the time I pulled in the guys Wesley and Que, both greeted me and asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Que took the time to explain everything to me, without making me feel like I was pressured to get any extra services. I absolutely LOVED the fact that I didn’t have to get out of my car and it took them every bit of 10-15 minutes to complete the service. Makes me wonder what the hell does Ford really be doing when I go and have to sit there for hours just for an oil change. Thanks for the great experience, I will definitely be back.
