Take 5 Oil Change

Everyone is always so friendly and they appear to really enjoy what they do! It seems like an odd thing to point out but in today’s society I find more often than not that employees seem almost mad that they are working making you feel guilty for whatever service you’re trying to get. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where they’re always happy to help and go above and beyond what the competitors offer beginning with a sincere smile and the phrase “how can we help you today?” I wouldn’t dream on going anywhere else with service like that!

I was charged $90.84 for an oil change. The people tried there best to replace things that were new with newer items to add to the oil change. I had to literally tell the gentleman to put my air filter back in my car and to stop taking things off my car for a simple oil change. The oil change was originally $79.98 but when these young people got finished, it jumped up to $90.84. Then the young lady informed me to come back once my oil drops two quarts. I tried to use their app where it gives you 30 percent off, but I couldn't get it to load up and they won't give me the discount. When I finally got home, the so-called fast app started sending me everything at once. So, not discount. They did not want to add the correct oil with a higher mileage which is what used in the car. Always professional and friendly. I take my car exclusively to the Take 5 location on North Hills Street. Where Tae, the manager, and the staff always take exceptional care of me. Anybody who has the Mini Cooper understands that getting anything done to it is a chore. Changing the oil is no exception. During one of these oil changes a hose that went to my overflow for my radiator was damaged. And without missing a beat they made sure that my car was taken to the nearest mechanic and fix. They also provided me a way home and away back to my vehicle the next day. I have never had any problems with any of the staff and find everyone there to be extremely polite and professional. I would recommend Take 5 to any of my friends or family.

I had a coupon to get my oil change done so I came by. It was pretty busy, multiple people ahead of me, but they still managed to get me out in about an hour! The coupon definitely made it worth the visit, it’s hard to find an oil change under $100 nowadays.

I cannot recommend this place , took my truck in for a fluid top off the lady said needed a coolant flush at $128. This service was performed and I headed for I 20 out of town not far down the road my truck ran hot causing damage to the cooling system take five said they did not properly fill cooling system but this didn't cause the damage ,but it left a air pocket around thermostat causing failure according to there contract service center , be careful they get you in for a fluid top for a reason , sell you something you don't need
