Take 5 Oil Change

Waited half an hour for the one car in front of me to be done. The whole thing took about an hour (not 10 minutes as claimed). Then after I left my oil pressure warning light came on. Have tried contacting them twice about the light, and even after having the issue escalated, no one has gotten back to me. Additionally, they neglected to reset the oil change due warning. Not impressed Update: tried calling shopping manager as suggested. No one answers at the shop, and their mailbox is full which suggests either they have a large number of complaints or they regularly ignore messages. I'm told there's no direct number for the shop manager. Opened a claim with customer service, but that could be another SEVEN whole days waiting for a response on an urgent matter. In the meantime I can't drive

I worked with Luis the manager to have my oil changed, he was very professional and not pushy at all with the upsell. He took extra time to help explain the details to his employees and ensure they understand the process he was doing. The whole experience was great, I was in and out in no time, everyone from Luis the manager to Samuel and Allen, who helped, were great to work with.

I have heard so many bad things about Take 5. I recently had a good experience. Luis is an awesome employee he went above and beyond. The other person that was working seems nice and had great energy. Everyone was working hard. I’m happy that my car was in good hands. Highly recommend Take 5 on S. 27th st..

One vehicle when I pulled in. Two workers looks like one of the guys is much newer. I understand that. Fast oilchange. Friendly guys. Not to pushy about extra services etc. They checked my tires, added windshield washer fluid and washed my front window. Someone came out to greet me right away.
