Take 5 Oil Change

It was a breath of fresh air! Being active duty getting ready to deploy getting everything together I was not excited about getting my wife’s car oil changed due to other companies attacking me for extra services that I didn’t need. This location was amazing great service and when I said no thank you it was a no. I love this location quick and easy. For all my military active, guard or reserve and vets in modesto get you oil change done here ! I promise you it’s the best!

The young gentleman that helped me, I think his name was Xavier. He was very knowledgeable and taught me stuff about my car I didn’t know. He was amazing, great customer service skills and very professional. I have already recommended my family to come here.

My husband and I went to Take 5 for an oil change in the evening a few days ago. The service itself was fine, but the environment really stood out and not in a good way. One of the employees, Josh, was talking negatively to other workers and making childish comments while we were being serviced. He had a very condescending attitude. You could tell the other employees were trying to stay professional and brush it off, which I respect, but it still made the experience uncomfortable. I work in customer service and in a leadership role, so I know how important it is to set a positive tone, especially when customers are around.
